Responsibilities:
- Canvassing for new leads/prospects.
- Following up on inbound leads and conducting demos.
- Demonstrating and presenting excellent products knowledge.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and project tenders.
- Winning new clients and managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Provide pre and post sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly or annual sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
Requirements:
- Executive/Senior Executive Position.
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant work experience in B2B sales/ experience in POS/Saas industry.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrates proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
