About The Role
We are currently seeking a task-focused and highly attentive individual to join the firm’s growing team of legal administrators. While working closely with their finance and trust accounting teams. As an integral member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth operations. Providing timely and accurate administrative services and trust accounts support. While maintaining the highest standards of communication both internally and with the firm’s loyal and high-profile client base.
The role spans across a variety of duties ensuring accuracy.
Due to the highly time and detail sensitive nature of this role, you will also have a demonstrated ability to take initiative and a be proactive under pressure and communicate effectively as a part of
You will be proficient across the entire Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with 2 + years of experience working with Microsoft Excel and relevant financial reporting software, and have a curiosity to learn new IT skills and processes. You will also need to collaborate with colleagues to maintain seamless financial operations, sharing insights, support, and knowledge to foster an effective team dynamic.
Successful candidates may come from a general administration, banking, insurance, or wider professional services background looking to broaden their accounts or legal skillset.
