Accounts Executive job in Singapore
PURPOSE
The staff will be part of the GL & Reporting Section in Finance reporting to the Assistant Manager, Finance & will be responsible for the GL & Reporting transaction for all divisions (Centralized function).ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare daily oversea & local remittance.
- Issue, cancel & renew Condo deposit cheque.
- Inter-company issuance of invoice.
- Petty Cash and e-claims custodian.
- Posting of CA related to HR, monthly prepayment and agent comm reversal.
- Prepare balance sheet and audit schedules.
- Update daily bank balances and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Ad hoc assignment by Manager
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Technical Skills and Prior Experience
- Minimum 1 years hands-on experiences in accounting & keeping full set of accounts.
- Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred.
- IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent, meticulous, and good team player
- Multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
