Requirements:
- Primary office contact for students with current outstanding balances
- Outreach to students via telephone, email, and text message. Meet with students in person and virtually.
- Serve as primary liaison with the university’s third-party party billing and payment plan partner.
- Work collaboratively with staff from the Student Accounts Office and University Business Office
- Create a communication schedule for contacting our students in a timely manner on pertinent topics
- Maintain and distribute reports for counselors to follow up on students with missing items and balance due.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in student personnel administration, preferably in financial aid or student accounts
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate well by telephone and email, in addition to face-to-face interactions
