The role
This is an administrative role, with no processing involved.
This role will be dealing with queries, vendors, and landlords-to check in on the accounts payable process (where the invoices are up to, providing expected payment date to vendors), dealing with internal staff with regards to purchase order questions.
This role is dealing with a high volume of emails and will also have a very small call component. Primarily, this role will be responding to emails (90%)
This role will require someone with strong investigative skills and the ability to share a mailbox with other people.
This role also presents a great opportunity to someone who wants to step into a management role. Although no direct people management experience is essential, it is preferred that this individual does have some form of mentoring experience.
About you
You must have a sound understanding of the accounts payable process. Circa 5 years experience required but flexible for the right candidate. Full working rights required (PR or AU Citizen)
