Job Description
Stratmore manufactures specialised coatings and systems for the construction industry. They are experts in reinforcing, coating, and adhesion solutions. Solutions which have been used on major and significant construction projects throughout New Zealand.
Based in Naenae, this is a small and niche family-owned business.
The position supports and works closely with the GM in managing the financial and admin functions of the business.

Responsibilities include:
- AP and AR
- Invoicing
- Oversight of the accounts coordinator
- Liaise and provide reports to company Accountants
- GST, reconciliations
- Debtor management
- Quarterly reporting for the GM and Board
- Oversight of payroll and payment of commissions to the sales team.
To apply for this position you must have :
- At least three years of experience working in a general accounts role
- Have experience working with an MRP system
- At least intermediate-level Microsoft suite skills (Particularly Excel)
- Have experience in payroll systems, preferably IPayroll.
- Be an excellent communicator and be able to build relationships across the wider business.

Salary starts at $65,000 and is commensurate with your experience.
