Project Executive.
We are looking for a project Executive.
Salary Rate.
3k – 3.5k SGD per month.
Responsibilities
- Assist Creative Director to manage the accounts of creative-led projects.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered in a timely manner
- Developing project plans and timelines, and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and on budget
- Coordinating with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure that all project elements are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction
- Preparing and presenting project status reports to the client and internal stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
- Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Conducting research on the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure that our agency remains competitive and innovative
Requirements
- A study in creative, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency or related industry
- Knowledge of project management software, such as Asana or Trello is advantageous
