Your Role: You will have an opportunity to use your creativity, thoughtfulness, and domain expertise to help our business partners explore and adopt productivity solutions that enable secure collaboration and foster meaningful interactions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge and needs with technical solutions. Develops new and/or modifies existing information technology applications that facilitate and enable business initiatives, growth requirements and efficiency goals. Develops integrated solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues. Recognized expert in development who often provides strategic direction, guidance and integration of products and services. May lead projects and provide guidance/training to more junior staff. Provides internal consulting expertise.
Your work:
Delivering services and solutions for clients using the suite of Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
Help guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Understand business difficulties to provide solutions by using problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Provide thought leadership and solution guidance for Power Platform enterprise scale solutions and opportunities.
Stay ahead of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trends.
Automate business functions with Power Automate
Use various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications and be able to suggest and guide the development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors.
Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
Designs, integrates, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates highly complex critically important programs for business functional areas.
Develops methods to efficiently reuse existing components.
Directs and monitors the work of other developers, outside resources, and staff in the development of components of their build deliverables.
Ensures coding, testing and delivery of application enhancements and project build deliverables.
Holds code walkthroughs and ensures that all code, from internal developers, external contracts or personally prepared, is production ready and aligns with all standards including but not limited to: architectural, PCI, Model Audit Rule and internal audit standards.
Develops design specifications and parameters for highly complex applications that are in compliance with products’ architectural blueprints.
Ensures that code is to set quality standards including: SDLC, Architecture, PCI compliance, Model Audit Rule compliance and internal Audit guidelines.
Review results for systems tests.
Develops, or directs others in developing, fixes for bugs discovered during testing.
Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for approval of system and programming documentation.
Participates in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations for highly complex, technologically advanced and/or critically important solutions.
Required Experience, Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years Coding, testing and applications development experience.
8+ years High-tech industry, application engineering and/or IT work experience.
8+ years Application design and programming experience preferably in related application areas.
Preferred:
8+ years Specific Systems Development Lifecycle experience within the area of development delivery
Microsoft Certified Power Platforms Fundamentals certification

The national average salary range for this position is $109,080-$121,200 However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $98,190-$145,300. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.
