Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate thematic and commercial campaigns for both Ecommerce and Retail teams.
- Devise communication plans and collaborate with channels (ecommerce, social media, and paid) to ensure coverage across all platforms.
- Set up promotions for online and retail stores in partnership with onsite and retail operations teams.
- Conduct campaign hygiene checks to ensure a seamless customer journey (e.g., verifying asset schedules, landing page optimization, and accurate visuals/copy).
- Manage the procurement of gifts-with-purchase (GWP), including ideation, sourcing, ordering, and supply chain coordination.
- Perform post-mortem analysis for campaigns to assess performance and identify improvement areas.
- Take ownership of retail campaigns and activations.
- Enhance customer experience through retail touchpoints (e.g., digital screens, hanging signage).
- Ensure smooth execution of retail campaigns by working closely with the retail team.
- Oversee the preparation of point-of-sale materials (POSM) with external vendors.
- Collaborate with malls for partnership initiatives, aiming to increase store traffic and sales while securing marketing support for key campaigns.
- Prepare weekly Marketing Action Box reports to brief the retail team on upcoming activations.
- Conduct monthly post-mortem reports to evaluate store promotion performance.
- Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders while maintaining the Marketing Expense Tracker.
- Coordinate with Finance for billback tracking and reconciliation.
To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Retail industry
- Strong analytical skills, SQL and Google Analytics experience will be advantageous
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Demonstrate excellence in project & time management
