Job Title: Customer Service/ Key Account Manager

Our client is a global logistics and freight forwarding company committed to an exceptional level of service to ensure our client’s success.
– Ensure the KPI meet and excellent core client relationship management- Build and develop relationships with key accounts contacts- Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers- Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers and manufacturers/customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc.- Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs- Coordinate air & sea freight pricing requirements.- Work with company local and regional product teams on port-to-port rates and local charges. Where necessary negotiate rates with air and sea freight carriers.- Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department- Other tasks duties as assigned
– Minimum of 2-3years of key account management in Freight Forwarding- CargoWise Knowledge is an added advantage- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work- Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm (on standby after office hours to attend to urgent events including but not limited to weekends)
