The Job
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Conduct regular business reviews with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of prospects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical, and customer service to ensure customer needs are met
- Attend and represent Solta Medical at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events
- Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management on a regular basis
About you:
Along with a high standard of sales management and business acumen skills, you will need
- Self-directed work ethic, work autonomously with limited supervision
- Analytical thinking to identify and solve complex problems with minimal oversight
- To lead the coordination and development of cross functional initiatives in supply chain, finance & marketing with the customer to provide innovative partner solutions
- Planning and organisational skills ▪ Relationship management/building skills
- Capable of selling concepts both to internal and external contacts – customer focus​
- Science degree of similar would be an advantage (Desirable)
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills (Essential)
- Effective KOL development strategies (Desirable)
