We are looking for a ICT Account Manager

$90,000 to $100,000 per annum

We are now looking for 2 ICT Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree or higher qualification in business or information technology, with professional training or have at least 5 years’ work experience within ICT industry.
Tasks for this role Includes:
- Provide operational support to IQ Hive customers as needed
- Manage and nurture customer accounts, building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Act as a technical escalation point, providing prompt and effective resolution to customer issues and concerns
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product capabilities and provide technical guidance to customers
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations in New Zealand and South Asia that can resell our SaaS-based services
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and success in meeting business objectives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management team
The candidate should have:
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex technical concepts related to SaaS-based services.
- Established network and connections within the ISP and telco industry, especially in the South Asia market, would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners.
