Key Responsibilities
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and handling complaints from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow designated time schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Comply with all transportation laws and regulations, including traffic rules, safety protocols, and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.

- Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with cold truck operations and handling temperature-sensitive items is preferred.
- Must be an Android phone user to download and utilize work-related applications specifically designed for delivery purposes.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to work split shifts.
