What You’ll Do:
- Drive company vehicles (Class 3) to transport event equipment and materials to and from event locations safely and efficiently.
- Assist in event logistics, including setup, teardown, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely delivery and collection of event assets, adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Engage with stakeholders and team members to support smooth event operations.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, adapting to any operational challenges.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean and good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs.
- Conduct pre and post-event administrative tasks such as documentation and feedback analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
- A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, willing to take on various event-related tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical ability to assist with event setups and equipment handling.
- Bonus: Prior event, logistics, or volunteer experience.
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week
- Must work on both weekends
- 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM or as per event schedule
