Location: Cheshire, CT
Payrate: $25.00 – $30.00 Hourly

You’ll enjoy

- Maintain professional relationship with customers.
- Applying customer payments to customer accounts.
- Working with a dynamic team.
A Day in the Role:
- Posting cash Receipts / Investigate discrepancies
- Calling current vendors to follow up on payments and orders being released (50 Calls per day)
- Handling billing and sending out invoices
- Identify risks and bring to attention
- Take calls with customers about payments and maintain relationships with vendors
- Managing collections process of the stations of any overdo receivables
- Cash application and posting of payments
Necessary Skills/Experience:
- Experience with accounts receivable.
- Billing, collections, and cash applications
- Excel
