Job Description:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on a temp-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, ensure timely payment collection, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer invoices and payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients
- Prepare reports on outstanding receivables
- Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance-related roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
