The Organization
Our client is a well-established and highly respected multinational organization with an extremely large presence throughout Australia.
The Responsibilities
The duties of this role will include the following; however, not exclusive to:
- Processing of invoices
- Dealing with external and internal stakeholders
- Reconciliation of invoices
- Processing of payroll time sheets
- Other adhoc duties within accounts
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar Accounts Payable/Payroll Administrator in the past and be familiar with the processes that come with this. The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes, however not exclusive to:
- Experience in a similar role within the past
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work at various sites and some holidays, weekends, and nights
