We’re on the hunt for a new permanent Accounts Payable Officer. Based in our Corporate and Finance group, you’ll be working with a supportive team who enjoy the mahi they do. We are a large, complex, and interesting organisation and can offer experience in areas that you may not have come across before.

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll be responsible for processing invoices (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), managing purchasing card administration, reimbursements, reconciliations, and providing customer service both internally and externally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to use your skills in a role that offers variety and the chance to gain experience in learning how several different systems integrate into our core financial system.
This is a full time, permanent role, based in Wellington.

The role will suit someone with an enquiring mind and a good understanding of basic accounting principles. You’ll have previous experience from an Accounts Payable role and a natural ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. We’re looking for you to be well organised, with excellent communication skills. You’ll have initiative, sound judgement, and a desire to provide quality customer service that is accurate, consistent, and timely.

Indicative salary range for this role is $52,000 – $64,000 with appointment depending on skills, experience, and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
