Your day-to-day
- Processing approximately 100 purchase invoices per week in a fully integrated, paperless accounting system across 120 entities
- Ensure all invoices processed comply with Australian Taxation Office regulations
- Employee expense reimbursements
- Weekly payment runs generated and managed
- Vendor bank details verified and entered in a timely manner
- Credit card transactions monitored and recorded daily
- Accounts Payable Officer job in Australia
- Reconciliation and payments processed monthly
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years experience in an Accounts Payable position
- Experience with Dynamics 365 advantageous
- Experience with intercompany, multiple-entity processing preferred
