Job Description
I am working with a titan of the Aged Care industry that is looking for a new Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. You will be joining an established finance team in the heart of Brisbane with great transport links and working from home availability.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract processing Accounts Payable and would suit someone who has experience in a similar Accounts Payable role

The Role:
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function including processing high volumes of invoices
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Creditor statement reconciliations
- Preparing weekly payment runs including staff expenses and credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate ledgers and registers
- Ad hoc reporting duties
Requirements:
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience using large ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Aged Care experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail
