The Company
Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a highly regarded organisation based on the CBD fringe. This role will be an on-going temporary role.
Working within a friendly and supportive team within the AP team, this role will require a Candidate to work in a high volume, fast paced environment with a team that is goal-orientated and driven for success.
Proven accounts payable experience with SAP or Dynamics or Equivalent system the ability to meet month end deadlines is a pivotal element of this role.
The Role
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include:
- High volume invoice and Data Processing
- Ensuring authorisations are correct
- Reconciliations
- Entering and reconciling invoices
- Resolving Supplier queries
- Account and statement reconciliations
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Confident in processing end to end Accounts Payable duties
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Microsoft Dynamics or other large scale ERP system experience
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to start immediately
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team or independently
The successful candidate will be immediately available.

This role is office based, however certain work from home flexibility can be organised if required.
