We are looking for a senior Accounts Payable Executive officer.
Benefits Summary:
Accounts Payable Executive
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am-6.00pm, Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
- UP$2500-$3500
- Balestier
- 4 months contract
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable Executive
- Perform day-to-day processing and accounting of accounts payable transactions, including checking and posting entries
- Payments to external vendors and internal parties are done within stipulated time frame
- Ensure that the input and output GST are correctly accounted for in all transactions
- Reconcile payments and / or receipts with bank or related statements and prepare bank reconciliation reports when necessary
- Assist in accounting for fixed assets, monthly depreciation and retirement of assets
- Support internal and external auditors when requested for information
Additional Information:
- Well-versed in accounting software, SAP B1 will be advantageous
- Candidates with 2-3 years’ experience in similar field would be preferred
