Our client is a small independent building company specialising in luxury custom-designed homes that have been established since the early 2000’s.
Being a close-knit team with more than 60+ years combined experience in the Perth housing industry, they have a solid understanding of the complexities and emotions involved in building a new home, and strive to make the journey as positive and hassle-free as possible.
About the role:
Our client is looking for an Accounts officer/manager working on a full-time or part-time basis, you will be working alongside industry leaders within a highly motivated and dedicated team.
- Payments of suppliers, contractors
- Fortnightly Payroll run
- Lodge Monthly PAYG
- Lodge Super Guarantee
- Regular Bank reconciliation
- Reconcile Suppliers Statements
- Send Debtors Claims
- Credit Card Receipts
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3 Years+ Building industry experience
- Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Bizprac Software desirable
- High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Great team attitude
