Reponsibilities
- Sales invoice generation and vendor invoice verification.
- Follow up on collections & handle payment enquiries with vendors
- Generate and sending customers statements of accounts
- Managing staff expense claims
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Deal with various internal parties such as operation team and other relevant internal parties
- Assist in problem solving and recommend improvement on the process flows and controls
- Liaise with various external parties such as auditors and other relevant third parties
- Assist in work-related matters and adhoc assignments
Requirements
- Nitec in Accounting / LCCI / Business Studies
- With or without working experience
- Training will be provided
