Your day-to-day:
- Processing creditor Invoices and ensure weekly payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Resolve any supplier queries via phone and email
- Reconcile supplier accounts
- AMEX reconciliation and processing
- Managing accounts payable inbox
Who you are:
- 1-3 years experience with full-function Accounts Payable
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Excel skills
- SAP experience advantageous
