Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive (Take care of 1 entity/ AR/ AP/ Payroll) – GOOD BOSS/ COMPANY!!!!
- Location : Near Chinatown (walkable from MRT – 8 minutes only) + Energetic and vibrant culture – Office moving to CBD later in the year
- Working hours : 9.00AM to 6.00PM/ Monday to Friday
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Variable and Performance Bonus + Health / Personal Accident / Work Injury Insurance + Annual Company Travel Trip + 14 Days Annual leave
- Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Recording, Billings & Policy Checking
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Manage petty cash and expenses claims
- Other Finance related ad-hoc duties
- On-boarding and off-boarding management
- Managing of employees record such as leave, staff claims
- Monthly processing of payroll
- Other HR related ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- To Assistant Finance Manager
- Minimum Diploma and LCCI Accounting certificate
- At least 2 years of Accounts cum HR experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
