ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE jobs in Singapore SGD2500-4000/month
Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Assist in accounting functions of group companies
- Issue invoices for customers’ registrations on a timely basis
- Submit funding (SDF etc) applications and claims for clients and trainees, and ensure proper follow up of cases and receipt of disbursements in bank
- Verify and enter payments (cash, cheques, NETS, GIRO, funding disbursements and others etc) into system daily
- Provide administrative and customer support such as payment collections, handling enquiries on outstanding accounts, supplier vendor forms and GIRO forms etc
- Verify receivables and account discrepancies by liaising with customers and/ or other departments such as sales and/ or training admin
- Check receipt books for completeness, accuracy and accountability
- Follow up with suppliers to request for quotes and processing purchase orders and bills from suppliers after management’s approval
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Singapore income tax rules, procedures and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
