Responsibilities:
- Ensure Timely, accurate month-end and year end closing for AP / AR
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
- Monitor cash flow and bank accounts
- Maintain Petty Cash and Fixed Asset Register
- Involve in Auditing
- Assist in new process and system implementation
- Other ad-hoc work as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualifications
- 2 year working experience in REIT/CONSTRUCTION.DEVELOPER A MUST
