Accounts Executive job in Singapore SGD3500/month
Job Description
- Position : Accounts Executive (ACCPAC/SAP/Near Harbourfront MRT) – Up to $3500 + AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BONUS YEARLY
- Location : Harbourfront (Near MRT)
- Working hours : 5 Days/ Office hours
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + AT LEAST 3 MONTHS BONUS YEARLY + $200 Dental benefits + Medical coverage for you and your spouse + WORK-LIFE balance + Opportunities for enhanced learning + 18 Days Annual leave
- Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist to issue customer invoices in ACCPAC
- Assist in handling PCC-agency monthly Accounts Payable, arrange outstanding payment to supplier and follow up on outstanding invoices receipts from customer.
- Prepare monthly journal entries in Shipnet system / ACCPAC
- Assist to transfer monthly PCC-agency account from Shipnet system / ACCPAC to SAP system.
- Prepare monthly PCC-agency closing schedules and Financial report.
- Prepare quarterly GST report for submission to IRAS
- Any other ad-hoc reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance with 2 years of accounts-related working experience.
- Knowledge in ACCPAC & SAP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Possess good communication and task management skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently and an effective team player.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Clients who can only converse in Mandarin.
