ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE job in Singapore SGD3500-4500/month
Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end closing
- Handle day to day account operations and be responsible for accounting processes and tasks
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
- Reconcile intercompany balances/transactions and ensure key accounts are performed and reviewed
- Prepare cashflow report, bank reconciliation and journal entries
- Handle annual audit and tax agent for annual filing
- Prepare GST submission and filing
- Assist in new processes and system implementation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with audit and tax regulations in Local is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
