Job Description
Summary & Benefits:

· Working Hours: Mon-Fri/ 815am-530pm

Responsibilities:
· In charge of local invoices exclude subcon, carrier & inter-branch
· Posting of ad hoc invoice for payment
· Posting for auto Giro payment (Local supplier invoices)
· Checking & review Tender board invoices before posting to SAP
· Billing of payment on behalf for inter-co for expenses paid on behalf
· Support internal & external audit
· Perform Vendors’ statement reconciliation
· Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
Requirements:
· Min Diploma in Accountancy or relevant
· Min 5 years’ hands-on experience in accounting on AP (preferred)
· Keeping full sets of accounts
· Experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistic company is preferred
· Proficient in MS Office & SAP accounting system
