- Position : Accounts Assistant (Partial Accounts / AR / AP/Recon) -Jurong
Location : Jurong Logistics Hub (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay & Jurong MRT)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 6 pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 / AWS
Industry : Manufacturing / (SME)
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle partial Accounts including cash flow, journal entries, preparing all accounts schedules.
To ensure accurate and timely provisions are made for monthly expenditure, fixed assets and accruals, month end closing and year-end audit activities.
Handle partial accounts in Chinese.
GST filling, AP, AR and data entry into accounting system
Verify and generate intercompany billings.
Coding of accounts code for data entry
Perform Monthly Reconciliation for multiple banks accounts.
Assist in quarter end reporting.
Prepare for audit schedule and corporate tax schedules.
Year End Stock take
Other ad-hoc job duties as assigned.
Accounts Assistant job in
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of experience in Accounting
Min Diploma in Accounting
Knowledge of QAD EE an advantage
Good Communication skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period preferred.
