About the Opportunity:∙
Job Title: Account Receivable/Collection Specialist∙ Pay: $20/Hour∙ Location: Big Lake, MN∙ Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7:30AM-4PM.Daily functions: * Responsible for assisting accounts receivable collection, credit reference checks, cash applications and credit card processing,
- Answer questions about invoices and research outstanding invoices
- Process credits to customer accounts
- Business-to-Business Collections
Desired qualifications:
* High school diploma/GED.
- Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years customer service experience required.
- 2+ years corporate collection experience preferred.
- Advanced Skills using Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and communication skills (phones, letter, email).
Physical requirements: * Ability to type and talk at the same time.
- Sitting for long durations of time.
- Use hands and fingers to operate keyboard and phones.
