Title
ACCOUNT MANAGER job in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Develop trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Responsible for new customer / market development
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Prepare reports as required by management
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Telecommunication / Electronics & Electrical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
