Are you a trading card game fanatic? You enjoy a good game night? If that is you, then this role will not disappoint. Our client is looking for an Accounts Manager to join their team and provide exceptional client relationships between their Australia and New Zealand stores.
If you have experience in a sales, customer service, or management role, then I would like hear from you! This is a very exciting opportunity and industry to work in and the role will not stay for long.
About the role:

- Permanent role
- Full-time, no weekend work!
- Salary of $60,000 – $65,000

Your responsibilities may include:
- Support key markets with responsibility for managing store relationships
- Responding to stock queries from stores and managing approvals or rejection of store accounts
- Liaising with distributors to co-ordinate store relationship management
- Managing contacts for Key Account and Major Account customers
- Development and implementation of systems and customer segmentation
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in a sales, customer support, or management role
- Have a fun, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Strong written and oral communication
- Ability to empathise with customers
- Be confident and resilient
- Have full working rights in New Zealand
