We are looking for a Account Executive
Responsibilities
- Check and recording of vendors’ / suppliers’ invoices into the QuickBooks Online.
- Following up with vendors and suppliers for their Statement of Accounts for completeness of purchases in the month.
- Involve in outlets year-end inventory check.
- Checking and reviewing of payment vouchers.
- Maintain and recording of daily sales from POS system and posting to QuickBooks online.
- Liaise with outlets to resolve discrepancies found on POS report.
- Daily recording of bank receipts from various mode of payment in bank statement into Quickbooks and excel files.s.
Requirements
- Candidate must have at least 1 years of relevant experience
