Account Executive job
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Set SME Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and file Tax reports.
- Handle audit, tax, and corporate secretarial matters by liaising with auditors, tax agents, and secretarial agents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage bank-related matters by liaising with bankers to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements
- Support ad hoc and other finance-related tasks as required by Accountant
Consolidation (Conso) Reporting:
- Consolidate regional monthly sales reports.
- Consolidate regional monthly accounts receivable (AR) reports.
- Consolidate regional monthly accounts payable (AP) reports.
- Consolidate monthly cash flow reports.
- Consolidate monthly capital expenditure (CAPEX) reports.
- Conduct intercompany reconciliations
- Any other consolidate reports assigned by Accountant
- Ensure the accurate and timely submission of assigned tasks to Headquarters
- Manage accounts receivable, send debtor statements, and follow up on overdue debts, especially those more than 90 days outstanding, while closely collaborating with business units (BUs)
Requirements:
- Education: A Diploma in Accounting and relevant in accounting field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full set accounting experience
