We are looking for a Account Assistant job
Monday to Friday
⏰9.00am to 6.00pm
$3500 – $6000
Marina/Harbourfront/WFH
Duties:
- Accounts Receivable Functions
- Provide daily update of incoming funds received from customers to Customer Service
personnel
- Arrange for incoming cheques to be deposited to HSBC bank
- Generate AR aging reports on weekly, bi-monthly and monthly basis for the respective
stakeholders
- Credit control-check on blocked customers with overdue more than 2 months
- Provide bi-monthly overview of provision for bad debts per Group’s Policy
- Review and reconcile bank transactions and post entries in ERP system
- Intercompany balances reconciliation, both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Prepare and posting of Goods-In-Transit entries in ERP system
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of ledger systems
- Liaise with operations on accounting-related matters
- Assist in year-end external audit
- Backup for Malaysia and India counterparts on finance operation matters
- Any ad hoc finance duties assigned
