Account Assistant job in Singapore SGD2,500-3,600/month
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Account Receivable: Check and post approved manual sales invoice and notes to Navision
- Perform month end AR closing and reports
- Account Payable: Check and post approved manual sales invoice and notes to Navision
- Perform month end AP closing and reports
- Reconciliation of suppliers; statement of accounts
- Prepare payment to suppliers and staff claim
- Prepare monthly GST report
Requirements:
- Familiar with Singapore Accounting Standards and reporting requirements.
- Diploma holder with relevant experience/industry
- Preferable to have audit knowledge
- Knowledge of accounting software (Ms Navision)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft application.
- Experience in trading industry preferred
