UP TO $ 2100/ month
Work Location: Clarke Quay
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm
6 months contract, renewable
Industry: Marine Fuels
Responsibilities:
Account Receivable
- To post sale invoices
- To handle rebilling
Account Payable
- To process invoice distribution
General Ledger data entries
- To handle General Ledger entries
- To key in AP invoice into SPV’s accounting system
- To generate reports – incl A/P and A/R
- To assist closing team for audit schedule preperation
Job Requirement
Some practical experience in working with accounts/book keeping
ITE, LCCI, Diploma or its equivalent
1 year of experience in account, experience in a shipping industry would be a distinct advantage/ no experience required in accounting (or similar) would be welcome too
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team, meticulous and responsible
