• Installation of ADSL and POTS • Installation and configuration of Simplex(Shops) • Configuration of Modem(Static, Dynamic, DNS, DHCP, PPPOE) • Patching and activation of the line from Primary Cabinet and Building Node • Tracing the In-House Wiring from TTC to MDF or DP to Cabinet • Restoration of Faulty Line(ADSL & POTS)

• Installation of Optical Network Terminal (ONT) - Huawei, ZNID(Zhone), Alcatel • Activate/Migrate services from copper to fiber (internet, telephone) • Installation of IPTV Set -Top Box (STB) • Fault clearance with modems/STB reconfiguration • Configure different types of wireless broadband router • Fiber cable jointing and splicing using Fujikura fast SC connector • Patching at Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) Fujikura and Corning • Testing of Fiber optic cable using OFL280 Single-mode OTDR/Visual fault locator • Termination of drop fiber using Fujikura fast SC connector • Termination of Cat3 and Cat6 cable • Indoor & Outdoor Drop fiber Cable installation from Closure to Villa. (Cable Laying) • Coordinate with engineering support for service activation • Proper installation of Rosette box, I/O Socket, Telephone Socket, and ONT in Customer end. • Using Personal Digital Assistant(PDA) as for Service Order and Docket’s everyday work assigned. • Configuration of IAD(Integrated Access Devices) and MediaTrix for PABX Lines
