• Conduct pre operative and post operative audit of machines, machine parts, implements and production facilities, prior start and end of the operation. • Operates, set up and tear down machines such as meat grinder, machine blender and bowl cutter. • Perform batching, lifting and loading of meat and non-meat material from meat vat and pallet to processing machine. • Responsible for blending process of various products such as hams, meat free balls, chicken balls and other products, based on formula cards and In Process Specifications. • Gathering and recording all necessary data of meat materials, spices and produced product during production process. • Making a production plan based on availability of meat and non-meat materials and machine needed for the production operation. • Monitor quality and safety protocols during operations in compliance to GMP and company food safety policies.
