• Ensuring safety and on time delivery of raw materials to production area based on FP validated demand. • Uses tools such as FFT (FAST for test), MBOI (Manufacturing Bill of Information), TRAK (system transaction), GENESIS, Lot locater (internal system). • Maintain and update lot locator to easily find materials needed. • Conducting monthly inventory of all materials inside the warehouse. • Responsible in tagging of stamping important product information or identification on test shop orders. • Responsible in ensuring correct system transactions and actual lots are the same prior endorsement of lots to production. • Responsible in ensuring safety and quality standards are being followed at any time. • Responsible in working on other tasks assigned.

Process: Packing / Palletizing / Wrapping / Jumbo Bag Area: Production • Responsible in assuring that the bag was sealed correctly, and the Lot number was also printed correctly. • Responsible in using the correct bag that will be used in accordance to its lot number. (High density, low density or white grade). • Responsible in checking the operation from time to time, assures that there is no foreign materials (like metal) that was mixed with the materials. • Responsible in checking the weight of the materials from time to time. • Observe the flow of the materials. • Ensures equipment is operating correctly by utilizing monitor and gauges on the equipment’s. • Responsible in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at any time. Process: Palletizing/Wrapping Area: Production • Responsible in controlling automatic palletizing/wrapping equipment to sort, transfer, and stack on pallet containers of finished products. - Assures the correct speed of layer feeder 1 and 2. - Assures the correct air blow of loading plate of layer feeder 1 and 2. - Controls the alignment of the wrapping machine to the pallet. - Assures that the pallet is in line with the conveyer. • Observes packages moving along conveyor to identify packages and to detect defective packaging. • Controls stacking arrangement of packages on pallet and to transfer loaded pallet to storage or delivery platform. • Stop equipment to clear jams and inform supervisor of equipment malfunctions. • Responsible in using personal protective equipment (PPE) at any time. Process: Jumbo Bag Area: Production • Assures correct weight of the materials. • Assures the correct use of the bag (800kg or 1000kg) • Responsible in assuring the correct flow of machine in accordance to the running lot. • Responsible in using personal protective equipment (PPE) at any time.

Assures that the products are properly inspected in conformance with the specified requirements set by the customers. Responsible in assuring 100% on time delivery. Evaluates products as per design and drawing standard. Initiates action to prevent occurrence of possible non-conformities. Prepares process checklist. Performs other job as may be assigned from time to time.
