Job Description:
– Assist in checking and preparing vessel payments on excel file.- Prepare payment instructions on banking platform.- Prepare cash out for vessel payments in TRANS.- Work closely and liaise with vessel finance on payment matters.- Assist to check and key payments entries into accounting system (TRANS).- Assist to check and perform paid and close into UMMS Portal.- Assist to download, check supporting against claims and prepare payment.
Job Requirements:
– Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting-related role.- Excellent communication skills in English.- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.- Willing to work overtime regularly.
Compensation:
