The salary package offered by the firm is AED 1,000 – 1,500 per month.
Role of a Waitress
Some of the key duties of a Waitress are the following.
- Welcoming customers and providing them with menus
- Taking food and drink orders from customers
- Making suggestions and answering questions about menu items
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Ensuring that customers have everything they need throughout their meal
- Processing amounts and making changes for customers
- Clearing tables and resetting them for the next customer
- Communicating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are correct and timely
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Providing superior customer service and addressing any concerns or objections.
Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
- Females are preferred for this position.
- Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
