Salary Package

The salary package offered by the firm is QAR 3,300 – 3,500 per month

Job Duties of a Waiter/Waitress

1. Greeting customers: Waiters and waitresses are usually the first points of contact with customers, and they are responsible for greeting them warmly, showing them to their table, and presenting them with menus.
2. Taking orders: Waiters and waitresses take customers’ food and drink orders, making note of any special requests or dietary restrictions.
3. Serving food and drinks: Waiters and waitresses serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring that the orders are accurate and that the presentation is appealing.
4. Providing recommendations: Waiters and waitresses are often asked to provide recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and other aspects of the dining experience.
5. Handling payment: Waiters and waitresses are responsible for processing payment for customers, either by presenting the bill directly to the customer or by processing payment through a point-of-sale system.
6. Maintaining cleanliness: Waiters and waitresses are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including cleaning tables, resetting utensils, and ensuring that the dining area is tidy.
7. Providing excellent customer service: Waiters and waitresses are responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are happy with their dining experience, and addressing any concerns or complaints they may have.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 2 years of working experience is required.
• High school graduation.
