The salary package offered by the firm is QAR 3,500 – 4,500 per month
Role of a Staff Nurse
A staff nurse, also known as a registered nurse (RN), is a healthcare professional who provides direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings, such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community health centers. Some common job duties of a staff nurse include:
- Patient assessment: Staff nurses assess the physical, emotional, and mental health of patients and collect data on their medical histories, symptoms, and vital signs.
- Planning and implementing care: Based on the patient assessment, staff nurses develop care plans that identify nursing interventions, medications, and other treatments to meet the patient’s needs.
- Administering medications and treatments: Staff nurses are responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients for adverse reactions, and documenting the results.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress: Staff nurses monitor and document patient progress, including changes in symptoms, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
- Educating patients and families: Staff nurses educate patients and families about their healthcare needs, medications, treatments, and disease prevention.
- Collaborating with healthcare team members: Staff nurses work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
- Maintaining patient safety: Staff nurses monitor and maintain patient safety by ensuring a clean and safe environment, preventing infections, and using appropriate medical equipment and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
- Candidates must be a Prof’l License(Passed/Bar/Prof’l License Exam) holder.
