Role of a Staff Nurse
Some common responsibilities of a staff nurse may include:
- Patient Care: Providing direct care to patients, including monitoring and assessing their physical and mental health, performing basic procedures, and administering medications.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals: Communicating with other healthcare professionals such as physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Patient education: Educating patients and their families on their health conditions, medications, and treatments, providing them with the knowledge to manage their conditions.
- Documentation: Documenting patient care in electronic medical records, accurately recording observations and interventions, and providing clear and concise reports to other healthcare professionals.
- Safety and Infection Control: Ensuring that patients are in a safe and clean environment, following established infection control procedures, and promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
- Professional Development: Staying up to date with new developments and research in nursing and attending professional development courses and workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof’l License (Passed Board/Bar?Prof’l license exam) holder.
