Salary

The salary package offered by the firm is QAR 3,500 – 4,500 per month.

Job Duties of a Staff Nurse

Some of the key duties of a Staff Nurse are the following.

1. Providing direct patient care, including monitoring critical signs, administering medications, and assisting with activities of daily living.
2. Assessing and documenting patient signs and conditions, as well as creating and updating care plans.
3. Collaborating with other healthcare specialists, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive patient care.
4. Educating patients and their families about their condition, medications, and treatment objectives.
5. Administering medical treatments and procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication injections.
6. Maintaining accurate and complete medical records and patient information.
7. Ensuring patient safety and convenience by following infection control measures and safety protocols.
8. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
9. Communicating with patients and their families to provide emotional aid and address any concerns or questions.
10. Constantly learning and updating knowledge and skills through continuing education prospects.

Eligibility Criteria

• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Prof’l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof’l License Exam).
• Females are preferred for this job.
• With or without QCHP Dataflow and Proemetric.
