Salary Package
The salary package offered by the firm is SAR 4,000 – 4,300 per month.
Role of a Staff Nurse
- Assessing patient health: The staff nurse is responsible for assessing the physical and mental health of patients and identifying any changes in their health status.
- Administering medication: The staff nurse administers medication to patients as prescribed by physicians and monitors their response to medication.
- Managing patient care: The staff nurse is responsible for managing patient care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Performing diagnostic tests: The staff nurse performs diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and urine tests, to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Educating patients and families: The staff nurse educates patients and their families on health-related topics, including medication management, disease prevention, and lifestyle changes.
- Monitoring patient vital signs: The staff nurse monitors patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature, to identify any changes in their health status.
- Documenting patient care: The staff nurse maintains accurate and complete records of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Providing emotional support: The staff nurse provides emotional support to patients and their families and helps them cope with the challenges of illness and hospitalization.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
